Leadership Tasks<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Our athletes need responsibility and ownership. With our program, coaches delegate simple leadership tasks to their athletes like leading warm-ups or maintaining locker room cleanliness.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Behavioral Expectations<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We need to tell athletes what we expect of them and repeatedly discuss our expectations of them. The best way to do this is to have a list of behavioral expectations to work off of. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
